Shipping and Returns
We love our customers even more than we love our coffee, and we want you to be happy. While we DO NOT accept returns on coffee (its highly perishable), we are deeply committed problem solvers. If you aren’t happy with your coffee purchase, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will try our best to make it right.
All unworn, undamaged merch in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Coffee/pit stained items will be promptly shamed on Insta.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any damaged items in your shipment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your package arrives missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing email@example.com.
